Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Spicy-malty aroma. Starts fine malty, spicy. Herbal notes. Light soapy touch. Grasy notes as well. Finish more balanced. Spicy-malty-herbal finish. Interesting!

Weich herber Beginn. Leichte Süße, minimal rauchig, etwas helles Getreide, die Rauchigkeit steigt von geringem Level aus an. Herb-würzig, süffig, ledrig, mittellanger Abgang. Gefällt. 9/10/9/9/8/9

Pfister Schirnaidler, Flasche vom Landbierparadies24. - Goldbraun, fast klar. - In der Nase mild karamellig-toastiges Malz, feine orangenfruchtig-hopfenwürzige Hopfung und eine sehr dezente Rauchnote, die an seltene Hölzer denken läßt. - Antrunk fein toastmalzig mit schöner karamelliger Bonbonsüße, aufgelockert durch blasses Steinobst, Rosenaromen, milde Rauchnoten und feine erdig-hopfenwürzige Hopfung. Milder rezent, leicht trocken. Im Abgang hintergründige Hopfenherbe mit Anklängen an Kiefernwald. - Sehr gediegenes Landbier von komplexer, ja eleganter Aromatik, dem eine milde Rauchnote den letzten Schliff verleiht. Außerordentlich gut. Nur die Bonbonsüße könnte ein wenig dezenter ausfallen. (10.8.2023.)

500 ml bottle. Cloudy amber with a fluffy head. Pine honey, hickory wood, caramel, some smoke, malt, dark bread, stone fruit. Fruity sweetness, some dryness, some umami. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry fruity malty honey smoky finish. A great Kellerbier, some smoke to be find here, very complex and tasty.

ABV: 4.9%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, smoke, light meat - sweet meat. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, smoke, pale malt, meat, grass, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230331]

Sample (thanks omhper!). Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is smoked wet wooden, mild herbal and some earthy tones. Flavour is smoked wet wooden tones with mild herbs, sweet malts and some grainy tones. Smooth, and nice mellow smoke in the aftertaste too.

--Bottled, from Landbierparadies, Nuremberg. -- Almost clear amber, mid sized head. Mild wood fire smoke aroma. Dry with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Grassy with mild wood fire smoke. Balanced bitter finish.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mildly smoky, woody, malty aroma, hints of smoked eel, smoked ham, a touch of juniper berry, laurel, wood ashes. Taste is mildly smoky, caramel malty and mildly bitter, grassy hoppy, some residual sweetness, hints of smoked ham, a touch of toffee. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, mild smokiness, mild hoppiness, subtle sweetness - good.
