Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga. 5,0% ABV.

500 ml bottle. Almost clear golden, medium sized foamy head. Rhubarb and hints of other fruits, hay, grassy citrussy notes, slightly metallic. Dry bitterness, slightly sour and sweet. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry finish. Pleasant Helles!

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, leicht würzig. Geschmack angenehm malzig würzig, minimale Bitterkeit.

Der Geruch erinnert sehr stark an Waldhonig. Im Geschmack ist es leicht süßlich-neutral. Sonst ist da eigentlich nichts. Der Abgang ist noch ganz ganz leicht herb-trocken, aber kaum wahrnehmbar. Insgesamt eine ziemlich neutrale Angelegenheit
--> wenns billiger wäre, wärs ein gutes Saufbier......

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, May 2012. Pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. Grain and corn. A bit rough around the edges. Medium bodied. Short dry finish.
