50 cl bottle, BBE 26.03.2012
Aroma is typical to a helles with grainy malt and some hay. Flavour has grainy malt and some hay. Finishes with hops and some spearmint bubblegum. Refreshing and nice helles, although the mint comes through a bit too much.

(bottle) Clear, greenish golden colour with some floaties and a gentle foamy white head. Only slightly sweet and quite hoppy aroma for a Helles with soft malty, grainy notes. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Mild malty base with hay and spicy herbal notes; dry, moderately bitter herbal hoppy finish. Uncommonly hoppy Helles for Bavarian standards. Quaffable.

Bottle: Nearly clear, greenish-golden coloured with a lacing, medium-sized white head; distinctive hoppy aroma, especially, if You remember, that this claims to be a Helles, with a grainy touch; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied; almost lingering bitter aftertaste. A spicy and pleasant Helles from a good brewer........
