Sample at Zythos 2022, pinkish beer, small head. Aroma is tart, funk, raspberry, fruit. Taste is the same, sour, tart, raspberrg, dry sour aftertaste. Not bad

Intensiv säuerlicher Beginn. Himbeere ist deutlich erkennbar, geht mit der Zeit hinter der Säure aber unter. Vollmundig, zum Ende marmeladig, langer Nachhall. Gefällt! 6/11/12/11//11
