Bottle from Lekkerbier, St. Nicolaasga. Aroma is roasted malt with salted liquorice, dark chocolate, caramel, and a touch of char/smoke. Flavour is sweet with a good roasty bitterness. Body is full. A bit too heavy on the liquorice for it to be a true winner, but definitely a nice Stout.

Dit flesje maakt m’n hand extra mannelijk groot. Pluspunt. Verder goeie zoete koffie met chocolade en alcohol. Heerlijk.

Bottle shared in Mancs post IMBC - sourced online. Pours black-brown with a foamy, tan head. Good and dense, lots of fudge, burnt toast, mild metallic notes, baking cocoa, ashy roast. Full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming finish, notes of rocky road, more ash, bitter dark chocolate. Not bad.

Punchy, slick and boozy.
