This beer marks the 25th chapter of our story. Since it is our 25th release we almost immediately thought to do a 'classic' hop combination for New England style IPAs.

That's why this New England Style DIPA (8%) is generously double dry hopped with two of our favorite hazy style hops: Galaxy and Mosaic. This duo complements each other well as some of the more tropical, punchy hops available. For smoothness and haziness we use a good dose of oats and wheat. London Fog contributes to the velvety mouthfeel and supports the hops beautifully with its ester profile. Expect aromas and flavors of citrus, peach, mango and passion fruit in your glass!

Can at Café De Koffer, Groningen. Citrussy aroma with orange, oats, tropical fruits, pineapple. Moderate to medium bitter, lightly sweetish. Body is medium. Fairly smooth, decent IPA, not too special though, they've done better.

Hazy golden with a white head - Fruity hop aroma - Malt body with a fruity hop flavour that has some bitterness - The fruity hops goes into the finish - This was good

[ As Folkingebrew Chapter XXV ].
ABV: 8.0%. Murky medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, celery, dank, juicy fruit, rich - fat. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruity hops, juicy fruit, wheat - oat, minerals. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220513]

Tap @MBCC 2022, Yellow Session. Cloudy golden, white head. Fruity aroma, light pine, some sweet pineapple. Herba hoppy flavour, some pine. Fruity, bitter finish.

Tap@MBCC 2022, Copenhagen (13/05/2022) - Fruity and malty with citrus and tropical notes, sweet malty, piney balanced bitter hoppy finish. Alright.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is dank, juicy fruits, quite intense, but not overdone. Taste is sweet juicy fruits, oats, punchy finish with a touch of warming booze. Oily mouthfeel, not mealy, natural carbonation. Solid!
