Puszka. Klarowne, miedziane, pieni się jak cholera. W zapachu bardzo karmelowo, trochę alkoholowo i sporo zielonego jabłka. Z początku wyraźnie żelaziste, ale to z czasem ulatuje. W smaku słodkie, karmelowe, lekko alkoholowe, choć po tym woltażu spodziewałem się, że będzie gorzej. Goryczka nawet całkiem wyraźna. Bardzo wodniste i mocno wysycone. Taki wiedeński lager w wersji strong, wcale nie najgorszy.

50 cl. can shared with Rick @ home, gift from my parents. Clear ruby with a white head. Malty aroma with some caramel. Sweet taste with some more caramel. Bit odd but smooth.

Can 500ml. @ home. [ As Steam Brew German Red ].Clear medium to dark red amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, hay, straw. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, rich malt, caramel, sweet malt, hay. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20181103] 5-3-5-3-10

"Steam Brew German Red", Dose von Lidl. - Tiefdunkles Kupferrot, klar. - In der Nase breites, süßes dunkles Malz, Rübensirup, grundiert von matter Hopfenherbe mit leichter Säure und Anklängen an Gummi. - Antrunk breit aber plump malzsüß mit Rübensirup, Karamel, komplementärer spritzig-fruchtiger, mild trockener Säure und matt zitrusfruchtiger Hopfenherbe. Unangenehm metallisch-adstringierende Züge. Durchschnittlich rezent, vollmundig bis breit, derb fuselig. Im Abgang leere Bittere. - Raffiniert gemachtes Billig-Starkbier, das dem Wirkungstrinker den Nimbus von „Craft beer“ vorgaukelt, sich aber bereits durch das extrem billige blecherne Mundgefühl und schwere Fehlaromen von Gummi disqualifiziert. Leute, blamiert Euch nicht - schüttet die Plörre weg und trinkt was Gescheites!
