Mit feinporiger und cappuccionofarbener Schaumkrone präsentiert sich unser Vielanker Stout im Glas. Schon der Duft lässt kräftige Röstaromen erahnen. Im Antrunk breitet sich ein intensives Röstmalzaroma aus. Geschmacklich sehr kräftig, vollmundig mit feinherber Hopfenbittere. Im Abgang zeigt sich eine leichte Süße. Swing top bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear black with a reddish hue and a solid, beige head. Faint roastiness with a touch of smoke. Fairly light body, roasty, ashy with a malt bitter finish. 061123

Bottle. Dark roast, burnt caramel, licorice, .Very dry body, puckering . Dark chocolate, salt licorice, earthy, seaweed grass bitterhop, not particularly balanced, too dry even as an evening sip. Very dark chocolate retronasal.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass deep black, nice head. Fine malty roasty aroma. Starts fine roasty, dry, notes of wood, coffee, chocolate. Mild bitter background. Finish well balanced, soft-malty. Quite drinkable. Nice one!

Bottle from rauchbierlover, many thanks. Dark brown color with thick beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate,. Taste, roasted malt, ash, over roasted coffee, light caramel. OK.

500ml bottle. Jet black colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, mostly lasting, moderately lacing, beige to tan head. Chocolately, dark malty aroma, hints of liquorice, a touch of cappuccino. Taste is bitter, roasty dark malty and slightly bitter hoppy, hints of coffee; lingering roasty finish, super soft, smooth and silky palate.
