Bottle courtesy of AirForceHops. Nutmeg, cinnamon, and sweet pumpkin malt aroma. Hazy copper with a moderate off-white head, Sweet roasty pumpkin malt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg flavor. Medium body, lively carbonation. A really decent pumpkin ale.

Bomber from Nikki’s, Providence. Pours a clear copper color with a thin frothy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of big pumpkin spice and a hint of squash. The taste is toasted malts, apples, spice, pumpkin. Medium bodied, lingering spice, faint hint of heat. Nice beer.

Draft@ The Ale House. Served in a tulip glass. Copper and orange color with great head retention. Aroma is nutmeg, cinnamon and pumpkin with cinnamon being the most dominate. Cinnamon in the flavor is again; the most dominate flavor with, ginger, caramel malts, biscuit, and of course pumpkin. A true to style and very drinkable pumpkin ale.

on tap-pours an off white head and hazy amber color. Aroma is cinnamon/nutmeg, medium malt. Taste is cinnamon/nutmeg, medium malt, some earthy hops.

From tap at Sunset Grill. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild spiced and caramelish malty. Bitter, malty and caramelish flavoured. Medium dry and spiced. Ends dry malty. Light sweet.

An amber ale with a very thin white head, viscous looking. In aroma, sweet caramel with light pumpkin spices, smooth. In mouth, a smooth sweet malt with an oily mouthfeel, intense butterscotch, loads of alcohol, and light pumpkin spices. On tap at Sunset Grill, Oct. 8 2011.

Pours deep amber into a snifter. Off-white head recedes to sicken surface. Candy corn and nutmeg aromas. Sweet caramel upfront turning to cinnamon and ginger and the slightly sour finish.
