Im Antrunk breitet sich ein intensives Röstmalzaroma aus. Geschmacklich sehr kräftig, vollmundig mit feinherber Hopfenbittere. Im Abgang zeigt sich eine leichte Süße. Bottle, hotel beer. Dark clear brown color tan coca cola head. Cocoa powder aroma. Taste is earthy cocoa, gritty mouthfeel.

Clear, very dark red brown. Beige head. Roasted aroma, coffee and milk choc. Roasted malt, coffee and milk chocolate flavour. Faint sourish note in the finish, but overall pretty decent and straightforward stout.

Bottle, 4.9%. Coffee aroma, some lactose. Smells good. Black colour. Big stable brown head. Coffee flavour. Freshly brewed. Does not taste of lactose. Roasted finish. A little citric, but that balances off the coffee well. Ashy finish.

Bottle @ St. Patrick's Gone Mad, Sønderborg. Pours hazy very dark brown with shades of ruby and stable light tan head. Clear aroma of coffee, lactose, and yeast, with malty touches. Roasty flavour with notes of yeast and coffee and touches of hops. Bitter, intensely roasty aftertaste. Not bad, actually quite reasonable, although a little watery.

Bottle @ Sdr. Borup, Birthday party. Pours black with an offwhite head. Aroma of roasted malt, grain, heavy butter. Flavor is light sour, malt, little roast, butter, chocolate. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, light sour finish. 120717

Bottle (thanks eurosanta). Pours black with beige head. Aroma is roasty, milky, malty. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, chocolate, malt. Finish is dry-roast bitter. Overall: very good, very flavourful for the abv.

(swing top bottle, as Vielanker Craft Beer Stout, 4.9% abv) Dark brown, nearly black coloured hue with a ruby shine and a brown and firm medium-sized foamy head. Mildly roasted and delicately nutty malty aroma with notes of milk chocolate, mocha, leather and vanilla. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with an almost creamy carbonation. Dry roasted and slightly nutty malt character with notes of chocolate, mocha, oat and vanilla; moderately bitter and roast-malty finish with notes of chocolate and oat in the aftertasste. Clear dark black brown color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, sweet malt, moderate roasted and sweet roasted. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, dark malt, sweet malt, sweet roasted, moderate chocolate, roasted malt bitter, light licorice wood. Many thanks to beerhunter111 for sharing. Smooth and slightly sweetish dry beginning. Hints of roast, not too deep, earthy with not too much sweetness. Interesting with a roasted bitter aftertaste.
