Pours unclear blonde, no head obviously. Scent is very weak, mild citric acid. Pinot Gris is very hidden, absent even. Taste is full, dry, funky grapes (now more recognizable). Tad buttery. Medium acidity. Not overly complex, mostly lactic and citric acid. Not bad though.

Sampled @ Zythos Beer Festival 2022. A hazy deep golden beer. Aroma of sour grapes, apples. Taste of sour white grapes, ripe apples, funk.

Primeur at Brugge beer festival. Bag in a box. Dark blond with soapy head. Aroma and flavour have pleasant vinous elements mixed with some grainy sweet notes. Nicely dry and tangy enough overall.
