#cider te veel CO2. Te weinig ervaring met cider om te weten of dit nou verder en productiefout is of zo hoort te smaken maar het is vooral raar.

Bottle 0,33 ltr. Clear golden coloured brew with an sharp taste of sour green apples and in the back the sweet beer. Works very well on this day when the sun shine at its best.

Short-lived head over clear golden beer, still. Solvent, stripper, green apple, appleskins, ethyl valerate. Cidery, both green and sweet yellow apples. Ultra dry finish and MF. In the aftertaste, there is a certain sweetness with a flavour, vaguely reminiscent of rum, together with almonds. Very well-carbonated, not too boozy. Oh well, there must be people who love this thing. I'm not so sure. Txs to Stef!

From tap at Café Gollem in Amsterdam 05.07.23 at an unplanned stop in Amsterdam on the way to joining the sailing yacht Baluba as all trains were cancelled because of a storm. Hazy straw colour. White head and lacing. Aroma and taste of cider and tripple, just as advertised. Perhaps not the most successful combination.

Pours an unclear blonde/yellow, small fast fading white head. Scent is very mild, some aromatic green apples, not very cider like though - as if these apples used aren't really cider apples. Beer gets a bit lost, to my surprise. Taste is sharp, has a mild bitterness. malty, Abbey yeast very recognizable (banana). Spices of the Schuppenboer a bit less pronounced. Fresh, citrussy apple aspect, again not very cider-apple like. Refreshing at first, but unfortunately has too much carbonation. The finish is very sticky, much sweeter than anticipated - most likely the abbey yeast esters are to blame. Not a great combo to me.

Flesje gekregen met verjaardag (vorig jaar). Goudgeel heldere cider met matig schuim dat snel weg trekt. Weinig aroma. Smaak van limonade met een licht hint van appel. Nasmaak is wrang.

Sampled @ Zythos Beer Festival 2022. A clear yellow golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of cellar, pale malt, straw, some green fruits. Taste of mild sourish apples, sulfur, nothing special.

Fein säuerlicher Beginn nach grünen Äpfeln. Etwas nach Traube, insgesamt künstlich fruchtig wirkend. Konstante Aromatik. 8/6/7/6//7

7.9% Hazy yellow colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have a pleasant background bitterness. The apple adds a pleasant fruity tanginess.
