Bottle. Sweet caramel malt aroma. Amber with a small beige head. Saccharine, caramel malt, vegetal, grassy flavor. Light to medium body.

bottle - Pours light copper with a one finger white head. It has a mild caramel malt aroma and a taste to match. There’s just a touch of hops in this unremarkable, light bodied brew. It’s not bad. There’s just little to recommend it.

Draught at Berhgoff Cafe, O’Hare Airport
Amber color. Sweetish sample of Oktoberfest, some sweet caramel, the minimum required sweetness.

Pour is a amber with a large tan head. Aroma does have some decent bready malts coming off it. Flavor is less so. Very watery with some a very small amout of malts and the breadyness of most marzens is not there. Its Berghoff what was i expecting.

This is a fairly good Marzen. There is a sweet, bock-like aroma. The beer is dark brown. Flavors of malt; somewhat sweet at room temperature.

Bottled. Noticed the usual Berghoff lager yeast flavor, which can turn some people off. Actually tasted a hint of smoke, and it still had a decent malt aroma. Clean and toasty otherwise.
