Bottle from Beer Republic. Aroma is tart fruits with citrus, soft funk, lemon, oak, hint of apricot, some grainy malt. Flavour is tart and moderate sour with a fairly dry finish. Medium body, carbonation is lively. Very nice farmhouse blend.

Bottle @ Odense Summer Gathering, 2022. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Funk and brett. Tropical flavors. Bone dry and crisp finish.

Odense Summer Gathering 2022 after Jonas Vingegaard victory on Hautacam. Cloudy pale golden with a lasting white head. Funky aroma with pineapple and hay. Dry and tart fruity flavour with pineapple and orange, and a touch of funk.

Gusher of a bottle. Taster showing straw yellow and three fingers of clean white foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of lemon and sweet saison yeast. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately tart with light notes of lemon and citrus zest. Barely noticeable bitterness on the finish.

375 ml bottle. Unclear / cloudy golden, fluffy head. Dry white wine, barnyard, funk, grapefruit zest, unripe green apples, lime, oak barrel. Acidic sourness. Medium bodied, oily texture, fizzy carbonated, dry sour finish. Very nice, drinkable and refreshing!

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours slightly translucent gold with a large foamy white head. Very large. Aroma is lightly sour citrus with some other fruits. Near medium body. Flavor is dry, sourish, citrus, oak astringency, maybe some melon and passion fruit. Mildly acidic. Now foam is oozing from the bottle! Nice drink.
