Tap into a snifter showing lightly hazy yellow with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderate green notes of mango and kiwi. The palate is light bodied and moderately carbonated. Flavors of pineapple and mango with a moderate bitterness.

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a hazy yellow color with a finger and a half worth of white foamy head dissipating at a nice pace. Sticky filmy lace.
The aroma seems to have a big burst of sweet danky onion over top of papaya, then lemon/lime pulp. Ends with just a tickle of some red delicious apple.
The flavor blends wonderfully a pure bittersweet blend of the onion to the papaya/lemon/lime sweetness. Sticky sweet onion/papaya aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Mild carbonation. Acceptable stickiness. ABV felt just where it’s supposed to be as projected by the brewer.
Overall, an absolutely wonderful AIPA that is by far a top notch one in my book. Well done Sean! Happy St Patrick’s Day!

Draught at Row 34, 12/12/16.
Moderately hazy, bright, blonde-golden body topped by a large, well-retained white head.
Equinox hops in the nose provide a slightly more restrained juiciness boasting kumquat, papaya and strong lemon and herb qualities. Base malts add light honey and a pinch of bread, balancing easily and remaining mostly out of the way, while a fresh yeast minerality permeates the beer and light nectarine and orange rind linger. Plentiful hopping, but it’s certainly not resinous or problematic. No alcohol or flaw.
Dry, quite a bit so, but with a supple malt texture and fine carbonation. Honey and white bread provide a solid base for fresh herbal notes, lemon zest, kumquat, papaya and other interesting tropical notes. Not a full on juice bomb and lacking a good deal of the sweetness but still has a delightful zestiness to it and an ample bitterness that leaves the beer crisp. Wonderful stuff and not overboard on the New England element (not that that would bother me).
