Can poured into a snifter showing lightly hazy orange with clean white foam lacing. The nose shows orange and sweet adzuki malts in an NE style IPA. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Flavors of light orange and mango with a light adzuki malt mid palate. Very light IPA in general.

Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits an opaque deep gold to pappery colored body that supports a white head that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up modest well integrated levels of grapefruit and pineapple with faint pine and cracker like malts well off in the background. The taste delivers a smooth blend of pineapple and grapefruit bitter hoppiness surrounded by a thin cloud of juicy fruitiness. It picks up a touch of lime and cracker like maltiness into the finish. Pretty darn nice.

Poured from a 16 oz can, dated 10/26/2016. Aroma is very hop forward. Light cracker and wheat notes. Lots of tropical fruit with some light citrus. Pineapple, mango and melon are most prevalent. Pours a very cloudy, pale golden straw color with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes to the edges where it lingers. No lacing or legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a light wheat note and some cracker malt notes. Medium bitterness. Lots of hop character with moderate citrus notes and balanced tropical fruit; more citrus than in the aroma with a mandarin and tangerine character. Some pineapple and mango. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice NE pale ale. Good job Track 7! Lots of hop flavors and aromas. Very fruity and it looks beautiful too.

Cask at Final Gravity in Roseville, CA. This version was infused with actual peaches. Pours very hazy gold with a white head. Fruity aroma. Med + body. Flavor was mostly pale stone fruits, but peach was noticeable for sure. Mildly bitter. Couldn’t reach the malt much. Very smooth.
