Can shared by Stacey on 12/9/17.
Beautiful bright violet with deep brass-golden hues. Heavily hazy with little/no head.
Powerful apricot and blackberry play nicely together in the nose with a big helping of lactose softening/dulling the end. Other than that, it's bright, juicy, lightly tart with lots of lactic character and pure apricot goodness.
Soft, creamy and juicy in the mouth with dominant apricot. Surprised to see that stronger than the blackberry which is usually strongly acidic and intense. More of a kettle sour fruit beer with little/no wheat character to it other than the lightly soft texture. Salinity must be lost in the shuffle, as well. Relaxed sweetness and engaging carbonation with no alcohol or flaw.

Thanks Matt for sharing the crowler! Poured into a snifter showing medium filtered raspberry red with sparse white foam. The nose shows light notes of black berries. The palate is light bodied and moderately carbonated. Flavors of very juicy blackberry forwardness and lightly sweet with practically not carbonation and closer to juice but with some bready malt on the mid palate.

5oz draft pour at Aslin. Poured a dark purple-red color with a pink head. Aroma was nice blackberry notes, touch of stonefruits. Flavor was nice berry, light tartness. Apricot is hidden behind the blackberries, but it’s tasty.
