Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8

Draught at the brewery, 5/26/17.
Moderately hazy, though not soupy, ruddy-copper-gold with plentiful, well-retained, white head.
Very juicy, Nelson-Galaxy-like nose. Dank, lush, green, almost spicy notes with pine interludes for sure. Malt is kept to a bare minimum adding only light cracker in the background, yet the low acidity overall prevents it from feeling heavy or overdone with pine (which itself isn’t resinous). No alcohol or flaw.
Soft, wheat-laden texture with tons of white wine and more dry pineapple that give it intensity and depth without any big acidity or heavy citrus. Quite dry, sporting only cracker and biscuit-like malts, yet amply malty with no yeast presence. Juice lingers with light lime and spice. Hint of candied orange and pine trailing off with no alcohol or flaw. Very typical, but great, NE IPA.

Tap, at the brewery. Gold colour. Thin, sticky, white head. A little leggy. Nose has sawn pine. Very sappy and gluey. Sweet orange. Ripe peach. Taste is sweet and sappy. Light bitterness. Medium body. More stickiness. Finish loses the sweetness and ends up piny and clean. Very decent, if a little sticky.

Poured into a tulip, the appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a one finger sustaining white foaminess. Lingering messy lace.
The aroma had some soft citrus juicy notes blending well with a delicate sweet pine. Bitterness from some orange peel balances in nicely.
The flavor leans to the sweet juicy side. Subtle pine dosed by an underscore of sly grassiness hits the taste nicely. Sly juicy aftertaste with the same sort of finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Low carbonation. Juicy smoothness.
Overall, another well done AIPA by Foam, it’s their specialty style, what can I say.

Tap into a tulip glass showing opaque orange with a quickly dissipating finger of clean white foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of papaya, orange citrus and light pine. The palate has a pulpy mouthfeel with gentle but full carbonation (like foam!). Strong juicy flavors of blood orange and light papaya with a resurgence of such flavors reappearing on the linger. A very light bitterness on the finish. This is clean and amazing.
