This big, chewy Double India Pale Ale was brewed with wheat, oats and extra pale malt before being quadruple dry-hopped pre, mid and post fermentation.

Brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Ella and Nelson Sauvin hops, it is a fantastic combination of tastes including double dip sherbet sweets, orange-mango purée and candied grapefruit slices.

Draught@TCBW2022. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is hay, some grass, some spruce and quite fruity and somewhat dank hops. Flavour is pineapple, mango, some avocado and peaches along with some spruce and mild grass too. A wee bit alcohol sweetness, but not much bitterness.

Third, tap, beer flight at Martin Bros Micropizzeria. Hazy orange coloured body, clingy lacing from a low, patchy, white head. Inviting smell of mango and citrus. Zesty citrus flavours with grapefruit up front, malted wheat in the background. Smooth, mouthfilling, fruity finish, mid-sweet. Pleasant without further excitements. (Leicester 12.07.2022).

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Nose is.mango led tropical fruits with a little hop skunk. Palate is light and mildly dry, a good fine minerally carbonated crispness. Malts deliver a nice level of creamy sweetness. Hops, whatever they may be, deliver a crisp pine fronted bright citrus that resolves into more mellow citrus and mango led tropical fruits that seal the promise made on the nose. Quite a light and hop spicy finish that also reveals vague hints of melon and grape and even some candy fruits. Long hop spicy linger with an citric peel bitterish undertone. Very good hop sauce indeed. Delivers hop fruits in abundance and the dirtier side of hops in just the right quantities. Assured and just right.

440ml can from the brewery taproom. Poured a hazy orange amber colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, big dank hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a crisp, dank, grass bucket, juicy orange, passionfruit citrus, light pepper spice, hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
