14/XII/23 - 75cl bottle from the brewer, shared @ home with Amy and Chris, BB: 1/IV/23 (2023-1177) Thanks to Anthony for the bottle!
Pretty clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, malty, dried fruits, raisins, some chocolate, lovely, caramel, some alcohol. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: boozy start, good roast, alcohol, lots of dark chocolate, boozy, sweet. Aftertaste: rum notes, dark chocolate, more alcohol, malty, caramel, a bit too boozy maybe, very decent beer!

Pours a slightly hazed, dark brown. Small white head. Scent is medium itnense, dark malts, mild buttery, sharp, oaky, bit booze. Taste is rather sweet, sticky (mildly) , boozy from the rum. Very grainy, caramel, bit chewy, soo sticky finish for me. Medium body. medium high carbo.
