Alehub Advent Calender 2023. Almost clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of brett, yeast, tart apples and grapes. Taste of Brett, tart apples, some white grapes, wheat malt, mild body, moderate carbonation.

Bottled 330ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Pale golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, fruity bready nose. Fruity, bready, light yeasty and mild coriander with touch of mango in the finish. Moderate carbonation.

Clear pale blond beer, nice creamy bit irregular head, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: quite some coriander, malty, grains, a bit floral, yeasty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: gentle bitterness, malty, lots of yeast, spicy, coriander, dry. Aftertaste: some ripe banana, yeasty, bitter, grains, gentle wheat acidity, hay, cow fodder, floral touch, more yeast, decent.

75 cl from Belgolådan. Lovely hazy dark yellow with big white foam, dissipates quickly from the glass. Aroma is very present of fruity esters (citrus, banan), slightly phenolic notes of spices, yeast, grain. Taste very similar, low to medium malt body, coriander, citrus, medium carbo, small bubbles, dry and medium bitter ending, very drinkable, as always the yeast play a vital part with this brewery.

Bottle. Almost no head. Wheat, coriander, light lactic, doughy. Medium sweet, lighter sour and bitter. Flat. Not Alvinne’s best moment, it’s totally flat and has a lot of coriander.
