Served from a bottle, a lambik jug or from the hand pump.
No panic… this beer has little to no carbonation — it’s normal!

Pours unclear yellow, very hazed. Scent is full, very intense, fruity, jammy. Soft and balanced. Taste is tart, very fruit forward. Complex. High tartness, but balanced. Lovely lambic !
