[50cl bottle from the Savill Garden shop, Windsor.] A pale amber pour with a thin white head; floral aroma; heavier than expected in the mouth with a honeyed grain taste; then a crisp vegetal bitterness before some apple and honey to finish. A smooth and subtle pale ale.

Cask at the brewery. Poured a crystal clear light amber colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter with a malt, earthy, herbal, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
