Can. Chunky bits floating i greay amber, orange head. Strawberry marmelade, citric tart nose. Medium full chewy thick smoothie body. The intense fizzlestick tartness helps to break that up, but this is ridiculous. Tastes very much like a real banana and strawberry smoothie with loads of lemon and vinegar thrown in (pH teststrip says 3). Certainly interesting, but not good..

Can. Murky orange color with floatees. Aroma is banana and strawberry purree, surprisingly accurate. Taste is tart upfront, then bananas, tartness stays there, but also the banana & strawberry jam sweetness, creamy finish. Actual smoothie mouthfeel. A really crazy combination, not sure what to think of this. But it definitely is daring. An actual smoothie for a change.

[ As GAS Brew Monkey Swoop Banana & Strawberry ].
ABV: 5.5%. ✅ Muddy light brown colour with virtually no head. Aroma is banana, BBQ banana, strawberry, banana - strawberry smoothie. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, banana, BBQ banana, strawberry, banana - strawberry smoothie. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is flat. IMO: not a beer but a nice smoothie... [20210605]

Can @Last Højbjerg Tasting in Højbjerg. Muddy ugly orange, thick and oily and I think some real chunks of banana fell into my glass. No head. Weird strawberry aroma, not unpleasant though. Thick, slimy mouthfeel - glad this is cold, so it's a decent fruit smoothie. Absolutely not a beer but ok for what it is.
