Pours clear, very very light peachypink to pale lemon. Scent is mostly honey, soft and gentle, medium loud. cherries are very hidden. Taste is sweet, very gentle and soft. medium loud alcohol as well as honey , cherries are hardly recognizable, for a mead that's called after the cherries, I'd expect (way) more cherries ! stil, the mead base is nice. Mild bitterness. Noticably soft and gentle, easy going mead. Woul benefit from a slightly lower ABV perhaps.
