Piwo jasne, lekkie, z intensywnym smakiem i aromatem chmielowym oraz wyraźną goryczką. Nawiązuje ono do znanych i cenionych czeskich sesyjnych piw w stylu pilzneńskim, zwanych potocznie desitkami jednak poprzez użycie jedynie polskich, najwyższej jakości odmian chmielu stanowi ono polską interpretację stylu.

0.5l bottle at Fil's Place Tasting, with Ryan and Sky. Deeeeep golden body, off-white head. Sweet, simple, full malty aroma. Heaps of malt. How do you get aroma like that in a 9.5° to 4.3% beer? Bytów knows! Smooth, heavy (!?!!?!?) grainy malty taste, no hops. Did they put the wrong labels? This is the furthest away one can get from a pils while brewing a pale lager. I mean, some age and oxidation's there, but the body... A puzzle within a conundrum. Oh well. Maybe it was just a dud batch or something, yeast not doing its job properly... See some decent ratings, might rerate if I ever find it fresh on tap or something for cheap.

getrunken als Welcome to Hel am Strand von Hel, wo es mir natürlich auch aufgrund der Atmosphäre sehr gut geschmeckt hat, aber ich versuche objektiv zu bleiben es ist recht bitter (mehr als die deutschen Pils) uns hat einen stark hopfigen Einschlag, wobei es eher ins grasige als ins fruchtige geht. Ein erfrischendes Bier für den Sommer, das aber gottseidank kein flaches Strandbier ist.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.
