Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 10A adapted: non alcoholic) Bottle 33 cl - Batch unknown (BB 9/23). AROMA: medium-high beer must aroma. APPEARANCE: light yellow body and slightly hazy. medium-low white head with low retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium sweet notes of beer must. medium-high bitterness with a semi-dry and worty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a very poor alkoholfrei weizen.

330ml bottle. Hazy. yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Doughy yeasty and slightly bready, wheaty malty aroma, hints of crisp bread. Taste is rather dry, grainy, bready, wheaty malty, no residual sweetness, a minimally muggy, doughy yeasty touch, neutral hop bitterness, hints of crisp bread, raw wheat. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Not as muggy, doughy as others, but quite expressionless - not my cup of tea.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before March 2023. Hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, a little grassy aroma of lemon peel, pineapple and some mirabelle. Gently sweet, moderately fruity-floral, a bit grassy taste of mirabelle, lemon peel and some pineapple, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, very smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Nice NA Weizen, pleasantly fruity.
