750 ml clear screwcap bottle, vintage 2020, from the cidery. ABV is 9%. Apple variety is Gravenstein. Clear pale golden colour, no head, still cider, hardly any carbonation. Typical and very nice aroma of Gravenstein apples. Dry flavour of said apples, hints of sulphites. Okay, but I'd like some carbonation.

Solsletta 311221.Golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, sulphur. Flavor is apples, sourness, sulphur, apple core, grass, alcohol. OK cider.

Bottle, 75cl. 2019 vintage. It's a crystal clear pale yellowish golden colored cider, still and headless. The aroma has some sulphur and a good dash of apple cores, with fresh apple and some grassy notes. And some alcohol in the far back. It's full-bodied and still on the palate, with a touch of alcohol warmth and a light acidity. Fresh apples, apple core notes, some sulphur, a touch of cellar and some alcohol in the flavor. Long, smooth and delicious apple flavor, unfortunately with a tad too much sulhur. Except for the sulphur, it's a very fine cider indeed. Tasteful, smooth and dangerously easy drinkable. 211231

Vi er i Ulvik, høyt motiverte for en dag dedikert til cidersmaking. Syse Gard er andre stopp i dagens løype, og her får vi gå planken. Gravenstein de luxe her i Kjedlar. Frisk, ren og farlig god. Eleganse og sjarme. Klar strågylden uten skum eller karbonering, tradisjonell stil med andre ord. 7 g restsukker.

At the cidery with Holmen1, JFE and JKE on tour with Fridtjofen 12.06.20. Clear pale straw colour. No head. Inviting aroma of fresh cider apples, cider and dry white wine. Superb and complex taste of various apples and cider. No carbonation.

Small bubbly shortlasting head, clear light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, apple peel, minerals, sorrel, flowers, alcohol, citrus, grass, dry apples. Taste is slightly dry fruity, apple peel, sorrel, dry apples, minerals, alcohol, apple cores, grass, citrus, hay. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel, no carbonation. Nice enough.
