Dark malts provide chocolate and toasted notes, while a dry-hop of Idaho 7, El Dorado and Equanot brings a fruity aroma and zing to the proceedings.
Roasted yet fruity, black but a Pale Ale? Sometimes conundrums and contradictions just work.

Tap at Amager, Bryggen. Poured a clear boar colour with a mostly lasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is roasty, light hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, light dank hop, fresh, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
