Bottle. Color: Very lghtly hazy orangish amber, frothy white head. Aroma: Floral, malty. Taste: Floral, herbal, malty, caramel. Smooth mouthfeel (wheat malt), yeasty notes,. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Quite crisp and a bit thin for a dunkelweizen. Over moderate sweet, light bitterness. Not that special, but ok overall.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, amber colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty, dusty yeasty and minimally floral, grassy and citrusy, hoppy aroma, a touch of banana, banana bread, some orange, orange peel. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, citrusy and minimally floral, grassy hoppy, hints of lemon, lemon tea, some orange peel. Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, soft carbonation. Far from a Dunkelweizen (at least by German standards), but a nice, mild, balanced and refreshing Wheat Ale - OK.
