100 pap is a Pale Ale, 6% abv. It has a magnificent amber-coppery color, with flavors of fermentation esters (banane, pear) and an exotic and spicy touch. On the palate, beautiful malty aromas of caramel and crème brulée bring roundness, accompanied by fruity (banana, apricot, lemon) and spicy notes where juniper and its finely minty side are mixed with coriander and white pepper, all balanced by a slight bitterness. A generous beer, just like its creators!

Bottle at home. Almost clear golden with big white head. Indeed some caramel, lemon cake, a touch of vanilla and fresh oak, allspice, dough. Then there's a lasting bitter hoppy finish with grass and dusty spices. Medium sweet and bitter, crisp medium body. Not very outspoken, but very balanced and drinkeable blond. I like it.

Clear orange beer, small creamy off-white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice clean malt profile up front, some caramel malts, slightly nutty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice hoppy start, a bit floral, a little soapy, malty touch. Aftertaste: more floral, soapy, a little malty, sweet touch, fruity, apples and pears, nice one really.
