Pours a very clear, medium colored golden blonde. medium sized, fairly fast fading white (soapy) head. Scent is fairly mild. malty, fairly citrus hops, clean fermentation profile. Taste is medium bitter, mildly citric. Fun, smooth maltyness. German style, fairly dry lager. Very easy drinkable. Medium carbonation. Very decent, but not very specific. Great as an alternative to industrial offerings, obviously !
