(Rúsínan í pylsuendanum.)

This noble and sweet Belgian Tripel is brewed in collaboration with Böl Brewing, infused with organic raisins and aged for over a year in Ron Esclavo rum barrels. Don't bite, just enjoy!

On tap at Bruggstofan & Honktonk BBQ, pours a deep dark amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of rum barrels, Belgian yeast, and candi sugar. Flavour is medium-high sweet, with lots of rum, candi sugar, and booze. A boozy hot mess that somehow is partially redeemed by the rum barrels. Fun experiment but not a high-quality or authentic tripel.
