Wild blueberries danced inside French oak barrels for six months, making magic with a blonde mixed culture wild ale, transforming into this bright, tart, ripe, bottled flight of whimsy. Take time and care sipping this one.

21/V/22 - sample @ Leuven Innovation, BB: n/a (2022-549) Thanks to Sebletitje for sharing today’s beers!

Clear pale red beer, small creamy pink head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sourish, floral notes, fruity, hint of vinegar. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: weird, wood, soapy, dirty, pretty chemical, meh. Aftertaste: dry, fruity, vinegar, woody, lots of tannins, weird, not a big fan of this.

Sample during Leuven Innovation '22, shared with Tderoeck and Untappd duo. Still amazed by all these US brewers whi go for French names on their beers, but look at you like an alien when you pronounce their beers and can't seem to even see which if their beer it is. Bref.
