Sampled at Billies day 1. Light pale golden color, no head. Aroma and flavor are balanced sour notes with hay and tart, fruitpeel tart, nicely yellow fruit with a peachy touch. I like this one! 5-7-8,5-9-8

Headless, utterly still golden beer, more as a cider than a beer. Mashy, undergrowth, mushrooms, and very vinous, as some exotic grapewine. Vinous, musk-y, almost dank; winebarrels, grapes and peaches. Also just a tad pharmaceutical. Quite slick but not full-bodied. Low carbonation, invisible. Utterly interesting, on the edge of a wine-beer hybrid. Love it.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is wooden, some dry floral and herbal tones with mild spruce tips and some honey tones. Flavour is kind of tanninic, but still with white wine tones as well with a bunch of lingonberries. Somewhat dry, but also nicely sweet (thanks to the alcohol?).
