Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Hazy yellow golden colour, good frothy white head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, strong banana, cloves. Taste medium sweet, slightly bitter, touch of acidity, wheat, yeast, banana, cloves. Retronasal banana and spicy yeast. Medium body, watery texture, average carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, lingering wheaty yeast and spices, almost über-classic not that subtle weizen, nice.

0.33 l bottle from 'Mr. Hop', bottled in March 2022. Hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy aroma of banana, clove and some honey. Gently sweet, malty, quite yeasty-spicy taste of banana, clove, grains and light honey, followed by a short, gently bitter, rather yeasty-spicy, minimally chalky finish. Medium body, smooth but fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Classic Weizen, very solid.
