Nice fizzy shortlasting head, clear light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, slightly concentrated apple juice, grass, hay, apple peel, dried apples, flowers. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, leafs, hay, sour apples, grass, yeast, dried apples. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Lys strågul med hvitt skum. Lukter epler og noe gjær. Middels fylde. Smaker epler og noe lyst brød. Tørr. Middels lang.

Klar lys gul farge med bobler. Lukter modne epler og blomster/gress. Frisk smak av epler. Ganske så sprudlende i munnfølelse. Nesten i overkant.

Bottle. Clear golden body under a fast disappearing, small white head. Both aroma and taste are quite mild and clean. There is a distinct but not particular strong apple flavor, balanced sweetness, and acidity. Easy drinkable and suitable for milder dishes. Balanced body and same, easy going aftertaste. Sure a pleasant cider that would never be able to offend anyone.

Rerate, 750 ml clear bottle, batch #004/2020, shared with my son. Purchased at Vinmonopolet July 2021. ABV is 8%. Very pale yellow colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Fresh apple aroma and flavour, the apple varieties used are Summerred and Red Aroma. I'm upping the score a bit.

Original rating, 5.6: Shared 750 ml bottle. Clear and very pale yellow colour. Moderate apple aroma, not impressive. The flavour is better, medium sweet with distinct apple notes. This is their first cider, will be interesting to see what they can do in the future.

YG 220721. Straw color with no head. Aroma is apples, sourness, sugar, floral, grass. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear golden colored cider with a few bubbles on top. The aroma is clean and nice, with lots of fresh apple, hints of apple pie, a good dash of apple marmalade and hints of flowers and grass. It's full-bodied and softly carbonated, pleasantly sweet and sourish, with a good dash of apple flavors. Fresh apples, apple juice, hints of grass, apple core hints and some notes of apple jam. Vague hints of pear and melon lurks in the background, along with some citric acidity. Lasting finish with lots of apple flavors. A delicious, tasteful, balanced and very well crafted cider indeed. Feels a bit sweet at times, but overall it's just delicious. 210722
