Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, hay, flowers, dusty raspberries, grass, minerals, weeds, yeast, berry skin, sour apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour apples, apple cores, grass, sour raspberries, fruit stones, alcohol, minerals, berry skin, hay, flowers. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough, a bit too boozy.

Shared bottle at regional tasting. Pink colour. Aroma of apples and raspberries. Flavour also of apples and raspberries, with a slight bitterness in the finish. I will follow this cidery with interest in the future.

Forholdsvis pålitelige notater fra Jæren Ølfestival 2021: klar lys rødgylden med liutt skum. Nydelig aroma og smak av saftige epler og modne bringebær. Elegant så det holder, og mersmaken er nesten uutholdelig. 0,75 flaske fra Apal Sideri.

Bottle, 75cl. It’s a clear pale pinkish cider with some bubbles at first, soon disappearing. The aroma is a pleasant blend of raspberry and apple. Raspberry, fresh green and yellow apple, hints of grass, some bark, and a hint of alcohol in the aroma. It’s medium bodied, dry and pleasantly carbonated, with a flavor of raspberry, fresh and ripe apple, some grass and a touch of alcohol. A very pleasant berry cider. 210813
