Chocolate cookies and cream, all in a golden looking beer. Ridiculous! Layers and layers of biscuit malts, malted oats and caramel oats set the stage for cacao nibs, vanilla and lactose to bring the chocolate and cream. A dash of single-o batch brewed coffee finishes the stout build, providing a proverbial cherry on top. The hops just drift in the background, supporting the savoury mouthfeel. Unctuous, moreish and delicious

I thought cookies & cream was an ice cream flavour - seems a bit recursive to be a cookie flavour. Or perhaps I don't understand what a sandwich cookie is. As an adult, I don't understand why you'd want one in a glass, but nvrmnd. Can, in the Dan's GABS pack. Unclear amber with a cm of near white head. Aroma of biscuit, coffee, blackberries with some green ones and leaves thrown in. Fairly sweet with milk chocolate syrup, light biscuit, some berries. Lactose is not that obvious. No obvious bitterness but there does seem to be enough for a finish. OK.
