Pours black with a large tan head.Nose shows pine, cocoa, resinous hops, peach, nectarine, bready and toasty malt.Flavours include more bready, toasty, and light roasted malt along with very soft liquorice as well as some soft resinous and piny hops followed by a gentle roasty bitter finish.

From a 355ml can in 31/5/2022. Pours not too far off black with a medium tan head. The nose is a combo of light roasty notes with some pine and resin. On the sip, it starts of chocolate and caramel, moving to some nuttiness in the middle and finishing with lingering light roasty and pine/resin bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A solid if fairly line and length black IPA.

Can. Almost black with an inch of brown head. Tropical and nectarine aroma with bread, licorice and pine needles. Light bodied. Some light roasted and toasted flavours obscure the fruit a little and mean that the pine stands out more towards the fairly bitter finish. Typically solid offering.

A very pleasant black IPA. Aromas of toast, caramel, vanilla and grapefruit. It's got a little sweetness in the mouth to match the bitterness of the hops. Nice mouthfeel, very smooth.
