O.J. Pilsener has a light bodied, crisp and bitter taste with a dry, refreshing finish. This lager beer is a bottom-fermented beer, brewed according to the German Purity Law with only water, barley malt and hops. It’s a clear, gold coloured beer with a pure smell and aroma, a full body and a mild and pleasant bitterness.

Bottled (from Systembolaget Avion, Umeå, thanks Jonathan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy, herbal, wooden and some mild bready tones. Flavour is bready, grainy, hayish and some herbal tones. Very bulky.

Drunk straight from the can. Light bodied. Aroma and taste: malt and wort. Sweetish. Low hopping. No bitterness. No good.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small, white head. Some sulphur aroma, skunkiness. Medium body, some sweet, neutral malts, metallic notes and very little bitterness. A very generic Pale Lager. 020622

500ml can (Born In Belgium) of 5% Pilsener. Drank at home on 13th May 2022. Crystal clear, light golden body, snow white head. It's a cheap supermarket Pils/Lager and it shows straight away with it's aroma and taste. Lawnmower beer I'm sorry to say.

Golden colour, small steady white head. Nasty sweet, unclean nose. Light-bodied. Sweet malty, light grassy notes, low bitterness. Industrial.

500ml can. Pours pale yellow with a brief small white head. Aroma is bread, cooked vegetables, grain. Taste is light sweet, papery, grain. Light bitter finish. Industrial sadness in a can.
