From tap shared at Arrogant Sour Fest, Reggio Emilia. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells pencil sharpener, earthy, grassy, sesame. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes sesame, earthy, grassy, herbal, peppery. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of sesame, earthy and grassy notes. Very nice one, tad on the lactic side, but overall good balance

2019 vintage, tap at ASF 2024, in Reggio Emilia, Italy. Pours brilliant gold, transparent, with no foam. Aroma is Body is a little denser than average, with moderate carbonation. Medium but long-lasting astringency. Taste is markedly sour, with a sweetish flavour as well. Final is still astringent, sour and herbal. Overall, a difficult beer, but very interesting.

Clear orange beer, no head. Aroma: smells like a pizza, lots of oregano, a little fruity, very herbal indeed. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sourish and lemony start, fruity, thin, watery, oregano, acidic, a bit lemony, oranges, orange juice. Aftertaste: acidic, fruity, oranges, very sour, ok.

Dorée claire, pas de col.
Arôme sur des effluves finement acidulées, rétro herbacé - herbes sauvages - il semble que la msie en fût ait apporté un note un peu funk fruitée de vin rouge.
Palais est finement aigre/funk, herbacé nettement plus marqué en bouche avec un caractère romarin, grinçant aux dents oscillant vers le pomelo - funk persistant pour un fini pmus proche d'une wild american farmhouse. Le côté boisé de la barrique et son apport en vin se retrouvent pris par le funk de la bière.
