Della is a Rustic Lager and collaboration with the king of board sports and open fire cooking – DJ BBQ.
Brewed to cut through the smoke and compliment fire-licked foods it brings layers of honey and soft caramel, with citrus notes shining through. A bigger body lager with a clean finish
Rye and spelt are both used in the grist to give a slight nuttiness and hints of spice.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. Lightly sweet with notes of crunchy pale grains, grassy hops, mild citric notes, subtle minerality. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with notes of hay, pale grains, orange peel. Alright overall.

Taster, draught at Oslo Craft Beer Festival, blue session. Filmy layer, fair lacing, clear warm golden body. Moderate smell of grass, bread, and herbal. Fine blended taste profile of leafy hops and honeyed malts. Malt-fruity endnotes with a bitter twist. Soft on the swallow. Refreshing and easy to drink. (Oslo 07.05.2022).

On tap at Big Scary Monsters Social Club. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is pine and citrus. Medium body, grapefruit, pine, nice resin bitterness, very good.
