75cl bottle, shared with Soph by the river on the first baking hot evening of the year. Big pop on opening, misty yellow complexion, fills the glass with bubbles that quickly recede. Nice tart tang, good spritz, characterful Perry flavours coming through, lovely fruity aroma. Good stuff.

750ml wired cork bottle from Cat in the Glass for #rpgm. Opened with a loud pop. Slightly hazy yellow colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer & rim, and aroma of fruity perry pear, sourish edge. Taste is sweet, tangy, perry pear, fruity, floral, slick, with some bright acidity and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry tart acidic & soft tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
