On tap at Gist. Cloudy golden with small white head. Intensive citric acidity, smooth, refreshing at first, but heart burn afterwards Medium bodied.

Dorée, col fin blanc.
Arôme frais herbacé - finement épicé, citrique marqué effet herbes thym et romarin.
Palais est léger avec un côté grains malté pâle et une légèreté en bouche de ce caractère gruit bien herbacé - pour moi, le tout s'apparente plus à des herbes provençales thym et romarin - fini assez citrique fruité rappelant le pomelo - peut-être le côté sumac très sur le citrique et acidité. Pas vraiment noté le tropical du fruit de la passion.

Keg at Gist, Brussels. Pours light hazed pale golden with a white cap. Clean, light sour, prominently herbal on the aroma & taste. Light to medium body with spritzy carbonation
