Bottle. Blonde. Foams like a mad dog. Citrus and soft grassy notes in the aroma and flavor. Herbal, dry. Thin to medium bodied. Hints of perfume. Decent.

Golden colour. A difficult pour due to massive over carbonation. Aroma and flavour have an abundance of spicy yeast. Light bitterness in the finish. Certainly in the style of a Belgian Ale. Shame about the over carbonation.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 18A, adapted). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 0105. AROMA: very dominant hop aromas with floral, citrus and pine notes. background DMS present. esters, if present, are completely muted by the hops and DMS. APPEARANCE: dark orange color and translucent altough the bottle has a lot of sediment. thin head of light ivory color with average retention. TASTE: initial sweet malty background with some dried grapes notes mixed with floral hop notes. medium bitterness that lingers beyond a semi-sweet aftertaste. PALATE: medium-low body with below average carbonation. OVERALL: un unbalanced hybrid ("belgian IPA" as stated on the label) that needs more esters from the "belgian" counterpart.

Bottle. Light peachy nose. Gray hazy orange, off-white head. Hayish Base, a hint fruit, quick citric finish, earthy retronasal. Medium light body, mellow mouthfeel. A bit watery and anonymous.

Orange colour with an off-white head with short duration. Aroma has notes of resins and pine, some caramel hints with good maltiness. Flavor is malty, sweet at the beginning with light floral and pine hints; slightly bittery in the final with short duration.
