Panda at home, post tasting thanks to Tipple and Dave for the muling, 08/02/23. Lightly hazed golden orange with a thin just off white cap. Nose is lemon verbena, damp wood, funk, faint acidic nostril tickle, hay bale. Taste comprises white grape must, funk, dry rot, lemon rind, earthy, herb, straw, faint bretty pangs. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light balanced spike of acidity. Tidy enough sour.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Adi. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a slight, foamy white head. Lightly sweet, some jammy citrus, lemon, white grape. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Citrusy finish. Tasty.

Bottle shared at Columbus tasting . 2023-02-02. Thanks to Tipple . A hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is salty lemon big horsey funk, straw, Betty funk, salty lemon. Flavour is composed semi sweet, horsey, little caramel, vanilla, lemon. Salt. Palate is semi sweet, chewy, moderate carbonation. Ok little chewy.

Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a whtie head.
Aroma: Malt, sour, brett, grass, fruit, funk, wine.
Body: Medium body, low to medium carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, brett, funk, gin, wine, sour.

Tap @MBCC 2022, Red Session. clear golden, white head. Bretty, floral aroma. sweet flavour, sweet malt, light brett.

Draught, taster. @MBCC 2022, Copenhagen (Denmark). 14/05/2022 [#5.050 Global - #37 Iceland - #7 RVK Brewing] Golden pour with a thin white head. Aroma: white wine, brett and tannins. Taste: tannins, wild yeast and wood. Herbal and woody moouthfeel. Next one please!
