ABV: 13.5%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, sweet malt, bourbon, light earthy - honey. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, dark malt, roasted, chocolate, bourbon, light caramel - toffee - hazelnut - coconut. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20220511]

Aroma: Fudge, dark chocolate and wood. Taste: Bourbon traces, toffee and burnt caramel. Fudge pastry. Warm finish. Next one please!

Tap@Resident Culture/Willibald/Forager TTO, M&F (11/05/2022) - Big dark sweet malty with loads of chocolate and caramel, toffee, fudge, big body, dark sweet malty finish. Gorgeous.

Draught @ Mikkeller and Friends. Poured pretty much black in color. Roasty, sweet, woody aroma and flavor. Some syrupy sweetness. light licorice.

Tap at Peders, Copenhagen. Color is very dark brown with very small head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate, dark chocolate, some molasses, bourbon and roasted malts. Heavy and nice.

Tap @ Mikkeller, Stefansgade. Black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt, light smoked, honey and bourbon. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with a little warming alcohol. Oily. 110522

Sampled from the tap at First Draft MN. Pours near black with a light brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a note of hazelnut and coconut with a bit of dark grains and a sweet bourbon backbone. Flavor combines sweet bourbon, dark grains and coconut and has a bit of hazelnut in the finish.
