Bottle, smallish head, clear pale yellow colour, decaying roots, earthiness, minerals, hints of wood and horse sweat, lemon, white wine vinegar, whiff of fruity sweetness and white bread dough, medium to strong piercing sourness. Very good stuff.

Bottle, 375cl, batch 3. It pours a hazy straw colored body under a minimal white head. Fruity, lemony aroma with a touch of dough. Some candied peach too. It's tart and medium bodied, softly carbonated, with a mostly fruity flavor. Lemon, hints of peach and sour berries, some bread dough and a hint of hay. Medium length finish. A bit dull, but refreshing and quenching. 231216
