Draught @ Mikkeller Bar Aarhus. Pours black with a small brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, rich chocolate, vanilla, toffee fee, bourbon. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, rich malty, caramel, rich chocolate, light wood, vanilla, loads of bourbon, alcohol. Medium to full body, average carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. 220522

Tap @ MBCC 2022. Red session. Poured black in color, tan head. Pretty heavy but balanced with really nice barrel touch. Round and smooth at the end with vanilla, sweetness and cookies. Solid.

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is vanilla, caramel, all the Bourbon, chocolate too. Taste is the same, with some fruitiness, prunes even, booze burn. Medium carbonation. I kinda like this character!

ABV: 13.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, bourbon - barrel, dark malt, caramel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, bourbon - barrel, dark malt, chocolate, roasted, caramel, malty, bourbon - vanilla. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20220511]
